Welcome Busy Mom!
Michelle Rose, known as The Busy Mom Igniter™, is the visionary Founder & CEO of Busy Mom Playdates®, a global lifestyle and travel brand redefining self-care for Moms of Color.
With over 12 years of experience in Event and Travel Management, Michelle is a dynamic Experience Curator and Travel Connoisseur who designs transformative experiences for moms to reconnect, refuel, and reclaim their joy—guilt-free.
In 2020, Michelle’s personal journey with clinical depression revealed a powerful truth: too many moms were losing themselves while caring for everyone else.
Determined to take action, she launched Busy Mom Playdates® in 2021.
What began as a personal mission to restore self-worth has since grown into a global movement of evolving moms embracing wellness, cultural exploration, and purposeful play.
Under Michelle’s leadership, Busy Mom Playdates® has become more than a community—it’s a movement. Moms across the world are learning to set boundaries, prioritize themselves, and live boldly with a tribe that supports them every step of the way.
